Our billing are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Our technical support hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Monday through Friday and 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday. Please call our billing department with any questions you may have with your bill or your account. Our technical support staff is trained to help you with your account set up and the operation of your Internet connection. Also, they can help with any problem you may have with your Internet Explorer or Netscape browser or mail program.

For our technical support staff to adequately help you with the problem you are having, please do the following things before calling:

  1. Restart your computer. Many problems can be fix just by restarting your computer.
  2. Have your user name and password ready.
  3. Have the error message you are getting written down or on the screen.
  4. Know where your Windows 95/98 disc is in case it is needed
